All students, family members and guests hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release Mary E. (Molly) Stier, Charles Stier, the Cherry Valley Music Studio, CherryValleyMusic.com, Cherry Valley Communications, Inc., CherryValleyCommunications.com and Program ("The Service"), its representatives, agents, assigns, independent contractors, subcontracters and/or Associate Teachers from liability for any injury or harm resulting from any cause whatsoever occurring to themselves, musical instruments, music and equipment or personal articles at any time while attending a Cherry Valley Music activity, including but not limited to lessons, classes, workshops, concerts, presentations, meetings and travel to and from the Studio, event or activity in any location, including, but not limited to a student's or Associate Teacher's home or studio. Group lessons cannot be rescheduled and are not available for a refund.

In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, parents or guardians of the student will allow emergency medical treatment to be administered as needed. All users also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the The Service and said medical services and/or assistants and designees for any and all claims, demands, actions, rights of action, and/or judgments by or on behalf of the named person arising from or on account of said procedures and/or treatment rendered in good faith and according to accepted medical standards.

All users of The Service do hereby agree to follow the procedures and practices described in the Studio Policy. All users fully understand that this is an educational activity and will, to the best of their ability, apply themselves for the purpose of learning and will uphold at all times the finest qualities of a person representing Cherry Valley Music.
